FEASIBILITY STUDY
We provide support to define your requirements and to establish the project’s technical feasibility to ensure that it is a proper match for your request and your budget. The validity and feasibility of the operation is determined based on real estate expertise and the audit report/site inventory.
INSTRUCTION FILE
Privartys is in charge of preparing and submitting the work authorization file or building permit to the relevant departments, with all required elements (administrative documents, written documents, graphics, etc.).
WORKING DRAWINGS

CONSTRUCTION SITE MONITORING
A construction project requires rigorous organization, follow-up and construction site supervision in order to meet deadlines, comply with regulations and the quality of delivery. Our Projects Managers steer and manage your construction sites until your projects are fully completed.
CONTROL DESK and CONTRACTORS
We provide support to select and manage the Control Desk that ensures technical checks based on current regulations before and during the construction work.
On your behalf, we manage all of the contractual and partner relationships with all of the contractors (Enedis, water, telephony, fiber, etc.).
FINANCIAL MONITORING
We ensure financial reporting and financial monitoring in real-time via a dedicated person to enable you to ensure that as progress is made in achieving the expected quantitative and qualitative objectives, the project implementation is within the planned budget.
