High-end structural and architectural work
Located in the historic center of Lyon, the Hermès boutique has undergone an ambitious expansion and complete renovation.Supported by the technical expertise of the architectural firms RDAI and CALQ, Privartys was entrusted with a set of structural works, locksmithing, architectural packages and decorative finishes.
Since the initial cleaning, Privartys has carried out heavy demolition operations as well as extensive structural studies to optimize the volumes and modernize the building for better use and without compromising its heritage character.
Completed in 12 months despite the technical challenges that the existing building required, the site illustrates Privartys' ability to deliver a complex project combining structural work, casing, special foundations, locksmith works, in particular an architectural glass roof, as well as high-precision decorative finishes.The whole is elegantly staged and includes vaulted staff works adorned with modern decorative prints, magnificent custom-made architectural mirrorwork and carefully integrated furniture, highlighting the collections in a cozy, refined and resolutely contemporary atmosphere.
