As general contractor, Privartys took charge of the TCE creation and complete layout of the Bally store located at Côte d'Azur Airport (ACA) in Nice, following the competition won by the operator.Located in a customs zone, this new retail address embodies the timeless elegance of the Swiss brand within a particularly demanding logistical and regulatory environment.

The project consisted of faithfully deploying Bally's architectural concept, combining ribbed wood, gilded brass and custom-made furniture in a bright setting with rigorous finishes.Each element – from the wall coverings to the shelves dedicated to handbags and sneakers – reflects the precision of the initial design.

Privartys orchestrated the technical coordination of all the lots, ensuring perfect compliance with airport standards, controlled deadlines and a level of finishing that meets the demands of luxury retail.Thanks to this expertise, the Bally boutique in Nice offers travelers a refined boutique consistent with the premium image of the brand.
