Privartys supports a young, recently graduated dental surgeon in the design, construction and turnkey layout of his dental practice in Pont-de-Beauvoisin, in Savoie, as a general contractor.
The project is part of a complete reconversion of a 1,000 m² real estate asset spread over two levels, with a global approach integrating architectural design, functional organization of spaces and TCE construction.The layout of the office has been designed to optimize patient and practitioner flows, guarantee ergonomic working conditions and provide a consultation environment that is readable, soothing and efficient.
The clinical and technical spaces have been designed and built in strict compliance with the standards specific to the dental sector.The project notably includes the implementation of leaded walls for radiological areas, as well as all the health, acoustic and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare establishments.
