Privartys ensured the design and construction of a mutual dental center located on one of the major arteries of Nice, in a dense and busy urban context.Carried out as a general contractor, the project was designed as a modern health store, visible, accessible and perfectly integrated into its commercial and pedestrian environment.
From the first phases, Privartys supported the project owner in defining the need and strategic choice of location, with a global approach integrating technical feasibility, urban constraints and operating requirements.The intervention included coordination between landlords and client, management of town planning issues and building permits, as well as the structural modifications necessary to bring together two vacant premises to create a coherent medical area.
The interior spaces have been designed to offer a smooth patient journey, bright and ergonomic treatment rooms, and technical areas meeting the strictest health and regulatory standards.The layout reflects the desire to offer a contemporary medical boutique, which is at once functional, reassuring and welcoming, serving practitioners and patients alike.
