As part of the renovation of its premium sales space within Terminal 1 of Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport – one of the most emblematic and oldest of the Parisian hub – the House of Dior entrusted Privartys with a general contracting mission, with full management of TCE works (all trades).

The project took place in an active airport environment, requiring controlled logistics, meticulous coordination and strict compliance with security protocols.The complete renovation of the monumental facades gives the store a sculptural presence in the heart of the terminal, while the interior designs offer a fluid, elegant and immersive journey into the Dior universe.

Noble materials, subtle lighting, integrated display cases and custom-made furniture combine to make this exceptional retail space a refined place, meeting the demands of the House.This achievement embodies the ability of Privartys, as a general contractor, to combine precision of execution, architectural requirements and complex project management within tight deadlines.
