Creation and turnkey construction of a large airport retail store of 1,800 m²

Privartys supports the winning operator of the competition for the creation of the new Duty Free at Toulouse airport, acting as general contractor for the entire project.Installed on nearly 1,800 m², this airport store is a strategic commercial space, combining fluid travel, brand visibility and an immersive purchasing experience.

The intervention begins in the competition phase with the application of the architectural concept, then continues with the development of the detailed preliminary project, integrating the architectural and technical dimensions.The interior design articulates different worlds – perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, premium products – within a large retail store structured by open volumes, worked technical ceilings and tailor-made layouts.

Privartys manages all technical design offices (structures, fluids, fire safety) and ensures complete coordination of trades.Carried out over six months of preparation and three months of work, this project illustrates Privartys' ability to deliver complex stores in an airport environment, within tight deadlines and in accordance with the demanding standards of international retail.
