During the renovation of its emblematic store located at Terminal 1 of Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport, Hermès called on Privartys as general contractor to carry out all TCE operations (all trades), from the reconstruction of the facades to the execution of the interior fittings.The project took place in a highly sensitive context, within an active terminal, requiring strict organization, precise phasing and compliance with airport security protocols.
The monumental facades have been redesigned to highlight the identity of the House, with a textured decorative treatment that integrates with the structure of the terminal.Inside, the new space combines elegance and functionality: custom furniture, cozy lighting, noble materials – wood, leather, stone – all in a warm atmosphere.
This project illustrates the mastery of Privartys as a general contractor, capable of delivering luxury commercial spaces within constrained environments, by combining architectural requirements, quality of execution, deadline management and coordination on an occupied site.
