Privartys supports a team of independent healthcare professionals in the creation of their multidisciplinary healthcare home in Moirans, from the feasibility phase to turnkey delivery of the building.
Carried out as a general contractor, the operation concerns the design, construction and TCE layout of an 800 m² R+1 medical complex, structured to accommodate 27 liberal professions within the same care center.The project includes in-depth functional programming work, aimed at organizing patient, practitioner and logistics flows, while guaranteeing confidentiality, comfort of use and operational efficiency.
The interior design combines consultation spaces, waiting areas, technical platforms and spaces dedicated to rehabilitation, in a sober, bright and sustainable approach.Each space is designed as a tailor-made medical unit, reconciling regulatory requirements, ergonomics and quality of life at work.
