Complete project management of a health establishment specializing in kidney diseases
Privartys provided complete project management for the rehabilitation of the AGDUC headquarters, a dialysis center located in Grenoble, in a former tertiary building of 2,724 m² spread over three levels.The operation enabled a complete restructuring of the site, with a 750 m² platform dedicated to administrative functions, a 150-seat amphitheater, modular meeting rooms and a catering area for staff.
The other two levels accommodate the medical center: a dialysis service with 28 stations, consultation spaces, a patient reception area, as well as the technical rooms.
The project was accompanied by heavy work: VRD developments, creation of an exterior patient elevator, structural reinforcement, and complex networks for medical fluids, with high demands on reliability, hygiene and safety.
This project demonstrates Privartys' ability to design and manage technical hospital projects, combining health requirements, medical functionality and comfort of use, in an architectural framework redesigned for the reception, efficiency and well-being of users.
