Design and construction of a confectionery & chocolate shop in a shopping center
Privartys designs and creates the overall concept of the first Les Petits Bonheurs boutique, imagined by Thierry Court, artisan confectioner and chocolatier, winner of the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier – Les Professionnels (M6, 2017).As general contractor, Privartys supports the project from design to delivery, with complete TCE support and turnkey development.
The concept features a gourmet and contemporary boutique dedicated to the pleasures of childhood: neat display shelves, legible sales areas, central counter and display of confectionery and chocolates.The atmosphere, designed around warm materials and a strong visual identity, reinforces the in-store experience while optimizing functionality for operations.
Built within the Grand Place shopping center in Grenoble, this commercial store was delivered within a tight deadline of 4 weeks, made possible thanks to meticulous organization and fine coordination of the teams.The project illustrates Privartys' ability to deploy points of sale in a constrained commercial environment, with rapid and controlled execution.
